The conference welcome nursing researchers, healthcare educators, clinical specialists, medical practitioners, healthcare management professionals, allied health experts, editorial board members, faculty members, students, and healthcare technology providers. Participants also include representatives from hospitals, healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and organizations focused on innovation in patient care and healthcare delivery.

In addition to the conference agenda, Nursing Asia-Pacific 2027 will be hosting conference workshops, symposia intended to achieve learning outcomes for participants through deep discussions on the latest trends, tools, and developments in this sector. Nursing Asia-Pacific 2027 encourages proposals and submissions on variety of topics revolving around the present and future of nursing & healthcare.

General Guidelines:

Workshops are designed to enable participants to achieve desired learning objectives that include increased knowledge, further understanding, and enhanced skills.

The conference will feature both half-day and full-day workshops and we urge interested parties to submit their proposals before the submission deadline. All proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted for inclusion.

The organizers of the workshops agree that:

All the co-organisers and presenters must participate in the conference.
Organizers should ensure that each workshop must be planned for a minimum of 10 participants, and must be either half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours) in length.
Organizers should ensure that co-organisers and presenters do not submit their workshop proposals as single abstract.
Organizers should ensure that all the presenters must register for the conference beforehand.

Workshop & Presentation Types

The main aim behind the inclusion of workshops is to facilitate the transfer of knowledge through audience interactions. Workshops can be 3 to 6 hours in length, depending on the subject matter and relevance of the topics discussed.

Organizers should select the workshop type and their preferred duration, in the workshop proposal. The following are the available possible workshop types:

Regular workshop: 1 to 3 hours sessions with up to 5 presentations. Such workshops allow ample time for audience interactions.
Skills building workshop: 3 to 6 hours sessions, organized to specifically build the capacity and knowledge of conference delegates. These workshops include only 1-3 presentations and focus a majority of their time on collaborative learning and skill development.

Usually workshops would be panned with a number of presentations that will be followed by a discussion. The maximum limit of abstract submissions allowed for this type is 5. Workshops that combine 1-2 presentations with a panel discussion are still considered to be regular workshops. In these cases, we urge you to add the number of abstracts, and include the names and affiliations of the panellists.

Technical Guidelines:

Each workshop room will be equipped with one screen and one podium.
Workshop Presenters will be equipped with microphones when required.
Workshop rooms are not equipped with speakers, and requests for speakers must be made in advance.
Presenters are expected to carry their own laptops. In case you are using a Mac, make sure to carry any necessary cables to connect to the projector.
Presenters are expected to carry any workshop related material, including an electronic copy of their workshop presentation
Wireless internet connectivity will be available throughout the conference space.

Proposal Guidelines:

Proposals on all topics related to scientific research should be structured as follows:

Briefly explain the objectives and reasons for the workshop. This section can include information such as - the value of the workshop, coherence between the presentation and related topic of the workshop, etc. Additionally, describe the format of your workshop in this section. The maximum number of words is 250.

Aim: Summarise the impact of the proposed workshop in a short messages of a maximum of 150 words.

Presentations: Select the number of presentations in this section. The maximum number of presentations for any workshop is 5 presentations.

Presenters: Select the number of presenters in this section. The presenters name, institute, and email address should be entered.

Social Media Statement: Provide us with a statement about your workshop using up to 120 characters that can be used for promotions on our various social media platforms. Be sure to use words or phrases that will capture attention and create a call to action, and include relevant hashtags.

Evaluation procedure:

All submitted proposals will be peer-reviewed by the International Scientific Committee, consisting of experts from over the world. The reviewed proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria:

Is the subject matter of the workshop appropriate for the Scientific Conference?
Are the objectives of the workshop clearly stated?
Are the topics covered new and innovative?
Is the workshop interactive?

In the event that your proposal is accepted:

The program will be populated by the information provided by you during the online submission process.
You are confirming that each of your workshop presenters will be delivering the workshop in person and is responsible for his/her own travel and accommodation costs.
You acknowledge that all facilitators will register and pay the applicable conference registration fee before the deadline.
